There are a lot of changes and questions after today’s WWDC especially for security vendors now that the kernel will migrate to Apple’s own chips.
I have only good news to share:
cmdReporter v3.4 + DLP runs on macOS 11 beta 1 without any changes (note that we logged the attached screenshot occurring).
We have signed up for the ARM dev kits from Apple and have high confidence that ARM versions will also work without issue once we build cmdReporter with the latest version of Xcode.
cmdReporter version 3.4 is in final release verification and will include the first public beta of our DLP product. A lot more details to come but… we were able to get DLP working with zero regex, zero file scanning, and zero performance impact to the mac.
